Early this morning at 1:15am a gentleman approximately 6' tall entered Hometown Sunoco gas station in St. Albans and held the cashier at gun point.
No one was injured in this robbery however, the robber escaped on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash and other items from the store.
The Vermont State police are asking that anyone with information please contact them at 802-524-5993 or the Franklin County Sheriff Department at 802-524-2121. It is an on going investigation and there is an armed man who is wanted.
Good organization. Ordinarily, you wouldn't call a robber a "gentleman."
